Public vs. Private Documents
Private Documents are issued by a private organization, like a school (diploma), hospital (birth certificate) or business. These require notarization (and translation if in English) before they can receive an Apostille.
Public Documents are those issued by a government agency, ministry or area office. These document can receive an Apostille without any additional notarization.
This payment is for Korean-government issued documents and includes the cost of 1 page of translation and postage for sending the documents to you via DHL anywhere in the world.
